Quantum LTO4 HH SAS tape drives problem

  • Both ATTO Technology, Inc and Quantum Corp. have received reports of an incompatibility between ATTO ExpressSAS H380, H308, H30F, R380, R348, and R30F cards and Quantum's LTO4 HH SAS tape drives. This incompatibility can be resolved by applying the latest firmware available from Quantum to the drive, which is available at http://www.quantum.com/ServiceandSupport/SoftwareandDocumentationDownloads/Index.aspx. Please contact ATTO Technology or Quantum Technical Support if you encounter any problems updating the firmware to the drive.
