Embedded Systems Engineer [Apply for this position]
Position Location: Buffalo, NY (Corporate Headquarters)
As an Engineer in our Embedded Software Group, you will be responsible for the design, development, and engineering support of embedded applications for ATTO products. In this role, you will participate in creating product requirements/specifications, as well as all phases of the design cycle and our product development process.
    Position Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering or related field with 2+ years previous work or internship/co-op experience
  • Must be familiar with Intel platforms; previous embedded software development experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work well in team environments
  • Experience working with networks, network equipment, TCP/IP, Fibre Channel, SCSI, iSCSI, RAID technologies, Virtual Tape Libraries and/or backup applications are a plus
Hardware Engineer [Apply for this position]
Position Location: Buffalo, NY (Corporate Headquarters)
As a member of our Hardware Engineering group, you will design, debug and support our hardware interface products. Responsibilities include designing from requirements, entering schematics, interfacing with fab and assembly houses, performing DVT execution, supporting Agency testing of new products and participating in and supporting our product development process.
    Position Qualifications
  • BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • 5+ years hardware design experience
  • Must have high speed board design, routing and digital design experience
  • Knowledge of or experience with PCIe, VHDL and logic design are preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office
OEM Account Executive [Apply for this position]
Position Location: Buffalo, NY (Corporate Headquarters)
As an OEM Account Executive, you will develop and maintain relationships with prospective and/or current strategic OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) customers. Responsibilities include prospecting opportunities with new and existing customers, solution/consultative selling, meeting/exceeding revenue targets, training and/or demonstrating products to current/potential customers, and closing business opportunities. Position requires approximately 30% to 40% national travel.
    Position Qualifications
  • 5+ years of solution/consultative sales experience, selling to Original Equipment Manufacturers
  • Bachelors degree in Business or technical field preferred
  • Proven closing skills and record
  • Excellent prospecting and presentation skills
  • Experience selling technical products or selling within a similar technical industry
  • Must be available for 30% to 40% national travel
Senior Systems Software Engineer [Apply for this position]
Position Location: Buffalo, NY (Corporate Headquarters)
As an a member of our Systems Software Group, you will be responsible for the design and development of device drivers, and other system level drivers and software, for our Host Adapter product line. We develop drivers for various operating system environments, including Windows, Linux, Mac, VMWare, etc.
    Position Qualifications
  • BS in Computer Engineering or Computer Science required
  • 7+ years experience writing device drivers or similar code using C and Assembler
  • Java development experience is a plus
  • Experience with storage systems and protocols (SAS, SCSI, SATA, etc.) is also plus
Systems Software Engineer [Apply for this position]
Position Location: Buffalo, NY (Corporate Headquarters)
As an a member of our Systems Software Group, you will be responsible for the design and development of device drivers for our host adapter product line, for various operating system environments such as: Solaris, VMWare, HP/UX, etc.
