Administrative Assistant (Part Time) [Apply for this position]
Position Location: Buffalo, NY (Corporate Headquarters)
We are currently looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide a broad range of administrative support to Human Resources, Finance, our Executive level staff and other departments, as needed. Position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. Hours will be scheduled during business hours, which are Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM.
    Position Qualifications
  • 3+ years professional office administration experience
  • Strong data entry, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Must be detail oriented and have excellent customer service and business etiquette knowledge
  • Associates degree in related field is preferred
  • Must be available 20 to 25 hours per week during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM)
Electronic Assembler [Apply for this position]
Position Location: Buffalo, NY (Corporate Headquarters)
As an Electronic Assembler, you will perform final assembly, testing, and packaging of ATTO products. Other responsibilities may include troubleshooting basic failures and assisting with inventory.

  • 6+ months assembly work experience
  • Knowledge of electronics is a plus
Embedded Systems Engineer [Apply for this position]
Position Location: Buffalo, NY (Corporate Headquarters)
As an Engineer in our Embedded Software Group, you will be responsible for the design, development, and engineering support of embedded applications for ATTO products. In this role, you will participate in creating product requirements/specifications, as well as all phases of the design cycle and our product development process.
    Position Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering or related field with 1+ years previous work or internship/co-op experience
  • Must be familiar with Intel platforms; previous embedded software development experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work well in team environments
  • Experience working with networks, network equipment, TCP/IP, Fibre Channel, SCSI, iSCSI, RAID technologies, Virtual Tape Libraries and/or backup applications are a plus
Marketing Specialist - Partnering [Apply for this position]
Position Location: Buffalo, NY (Corporate Headquarters)
We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist in our Partnering group to be an evangelist for our products with current or prospective industry partners. In this role, you will seek out and identify product certification programs, industry events and activities and other marketing programs and opportunities for our product lines. In this position, you will work extensively with external customers and partners as well as internally with various Sales and Marketing teams within ATTO.
    Position Qualifications
  • 3+ years of product marketing, sales or account management experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA is preferred.
  • Should also have an aptitude for technical products/markets and be able to “talk tech” with customers and partners
  • Excellent oral, interpersonal and written communication skills and a strong team player
  • Must also be able to travel on a national/international basis up to 20%
Sales Professionals [Apply for this position]
Position Location: Buffalo, NY (Corporate Headquarters)
We are currently looking for motivated Sales professionals to join our growing sales teams. Positions include business development, territory development and account management aspects. Both inside and outside sales opportunities are available; outside positions require up to 30% national travel. Excellent opportunity - only strong, motivated “hunters” should apply.
    Position Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience and a proven record in prospecting new opportunities and building solid relationships
  • Must have excellent closing skills and a strong track record of achieving sales goals
  • Technical sales and solution selling experience strongly preferred

Sales/Customer Engineer [Apply for this position]
Position Location: Buffalo, NY (Corporate Headquarters)
As a Sales/Customer Engineer, you will provide premier pre- and post sales technical assistance to our OEM customers. Responsibilities include: providing pre- and post sales technical guidance and support via phone, email, and on-site customer visits; duplicating, analyzing and fixing bugs and other technical issues; training customers and demonstrating the use of our products; working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop account strategies.
    Position Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree, technical discipline is strongly preferred; or Associates degree and equivalent work experience
  • At least 3+ years related work experience – pre- and post sales technical support, technical product support or IT support
  • Knowledge of storage technology (RAID and tape), Ethernet networking and Linux is preferred
  • Excellent presentation, customer service, sales and troubleshooting skills
  • Must also be available for approximately 25% national and/or international travel
Systems Software Engineer [Apply for this position]
Position Location: Buffalo, NY (Corporate Headquarters)
As an a member of our Systems Software Group, you will be responsible for the design and development of device drivers for our host adapter product line, for various operating system environments such as: Solaris, VMWare, HP/UX, etc.
    Position Qualifications
  • BS in Computer or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science required
  • 1+ years experience writing device drivers or similar code using C and Assembler
  • Experience with storage systems and protocols (SCSI, ATA, SATA, SAS, etc.) is a plus
